Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Shipping in Germany: 

German Post registered airmail letter: 3.50 EUR - 6.50 EUR (depending on value and weight of goods, exact amount shown in shopping card).

DHL package: 6.- EUR - 12.- EUR (depending on value and weight of goods, exact amount shown in shopping card).


Shipping to Foreign Countries:

German Post registgered airmail letter to countries BE,BG,DK,EE,FI,FR,GR,IE,IT,HR,LV,LT,LU,MT,NL,AT,PL,PT,RO,SE,SK,SI,ES,CZ,HU,CY: 13.50 EUR - 15.50 EUR, other countries: 23.50 EUR (depending on value and weight of goods, exact amount shown in shopping card).

DHL package to countries BE,BG,DK,EE,FI,FR,GR,IE,IT,HR,LV,LT,LU,MT,NL,AT,PL,PT,RO,SE,SK,SI,ES,CZ,HU,CY: 16.50 EUR - 23.50 EUR, to countries GB,NO,CH,IS,LI,AD: 27.50 EUR - 36 EUR, other countries: 50 EUR - 80 EUR (depending on value and weight of goods, exact amount shown in shopping card).



Provision of digital content:

 
Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.
Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).


Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 8 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Payment by invoice is only for authorities and companies.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.
